内容提要
巴乌，是哈尼族、彝族单簧气鸣乐器。哈尼语称各比、梅巴、妞巴。彝语称非里、尔吉非里、比鲁、乌勒。汉语称巴乌。流行于云南省南部的红河、玉溪、思茅、西双版纳、临沧、德宏等地区。巴乌由管身和簧片组成。管身竹制。哈尼族人民多使用青竹制作，待缓慢干燥后，竹皮便呈白色。彝族人民常用细毛竹管制作。管身上端（或左瑞）由竹节或木塞封闭，中间竹节打通，管身下端（或右端）敞口。因竹管长短、粗细不同规格可分为高音、中音、低音巴乌三种。巴乌，音色优美动听，低音区浑厚，中音区圆润柔美，高音区明亮，在民族乐队中已成为富有表现力的色彩乐器，既能演奏宽广、抒情的曲调，也能奏出技巧性较强的华彩乐段。
